Team development program
There are various instruments to map out the qualities and pitfalls of a team and to uncover the most important development needs. PIT Nation uses the pyramid of Lencioni and the different methodologies of experiential learning. Effective team collaboration is not self-evident and requires the involvement and commitment of all team members. Realizing that something has to change is step one.
This package contains:
Preliminary conversation: expectations and needs.
2 days from 10:00 to 16:00
• Fixed costs (independent of number of participants) € 2,550 Total
• Variable costs, depending on the number of participants € 100 p.p. Sample price is based on 2 day group training, including e-assessment with individual feedback conversation.
• The specified fixed cost rate applies to teams of up to 13 people.
• Calculation example: for a group of 6 people, the price of the Team Development program is: € 2,550 + (6 x € 100) = € 3,150
